The Types of Massage Offered

Sports massage isn’t just for those active in sport. It will soothe tension or stress while removing aches and pains. Our massage therapist is trained and experienced in sports massage and will tailor their methods to your condition. A sports massage can work effectively for work-related injuries and other similar issues. The goal is to restore your muscular function and movement while breaking up scar tissue in the muscle.

Along with your massage, you’ll be given exercise and stretches to rehabilitate your injured area, restoring your full function.

Your everyday activities take a toll on your body. You’ll feel it in the form of aches, pains or stress. Though common, you shouldn’t accept this feeling of tension as normal.

With a deep tissue massage, you can relieve your stress and pain. At the end, you’ll feel looser and more relaxed and flexible. It’s great for all ages, particularly people who sit at a desk, have neck and shoulder tension or suffer from improper posture.

If you have a particular injury, recovery can be frustrating and difficult. Your injury may have happened through everyday wear and tear or sport.
